Das ist leider falsch. Die Spannung an den USB-Ports liegt immer bei 5V. Was erhöht wird, ist der zulässige Strom am Bus. An USB 2.0 normalerweise 0.5A. Das ist den iPads zu wenig und sie laden daher nicht an USB-Ports von Computern.
