This has been miss understood by some of the reviewers. You between a half an hour to an hour to get use to the keypad. It is inexpensive , it is only intended to be used as a trainer to build up speed and convert Blackberry uses to the flat screen. As far as glue is concerned we used a glue that when it is removed leaves nothing the phone looks new. You got the non glare version, it also comes in clear ( if you would like the clear version email me ryouthsave@mac.com). I would appreciate if you would give us a second look. Jerry
